Privacy

AI Resulting (“AIR,” “we,” “us”) collects limited personal information to respond to your requests, prepare for conversations you ask for, send the resources you request, and run this site. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or behavioral advertising. Our analytics don’t use cookies. If you arrive through a link an advisor shared with you, the site sets one cookie so we know who shared it.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep contact and conversation records while we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and as long as we reasonably need them for business and legal records. Then we delete or anonymize them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. Please don’t send information you aren’t permitted to share, such as regulated personal data about your customers or employees.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honor them. We may need to verify your identity first. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Where we’re based

AIR is based in the United States, and information is processed and stored here. If you’re visiting from elsewhere, privacy laws here may differ from yours.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information, and if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

Questions and changes

Privacy questions or requests: hello@airesulting.com. If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top.

Terms of use

Using this site

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Information, not advice

The content here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, security or technical advice for your specific situation. Visiting the site, using the ten questions or contacting us does not create an advisory, fiduciary or confidential relationship. An engagement exists only under a separate written agreement.

The six-question tool

Your results come from your own answers and, if you provide it, public information about your company. AI helps write part of them. They are a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment, audit or guarantee.

Services from suppliers

Any services you buy are provided by the supplier under that supplier’s own terms. You decide what to buy, and whether to buy anything at all.

Our content

The content, design, frameworks and branding on this site belong to AI Resulting or their respective owners. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse them commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, submit malicious code, interfere with how the site runs, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent who you are, or scrape content with automated tools without written permission.

Other websites

Links to other sites are for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits of liability

We make no guarantees about outcomes, business performance or results from using this site. To the extent the law allows, AI Resulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages from using the site, being unable to use it, or relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms at any time, and changes take effect when posted. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: hello@airesulting.com.
